ok, here we go:

for weightloss :

drink tons of water- to flush out toxins and burnt fat…

green tea- detox and speeds up metabolism + antioxidant

challenge your body by switching up your diet, speed up your metabolism by eating 2000 cals for one two days… clean food only!!!

same with exercise: switch it up, keep your body guessing..

I like to exercise first thing in the morning- targets fat, have a small snack like an apple (to prevent being sick)

have a coffee-gives you energy and better endurance…

EAT HEALTHY fat, your organs and joints need it!!!!!!!

eat small meals during the day,

write down your intake

iPhone users:) DAILY BURN -BEST APP!!!!!:)

have carrots or apples with cinnamon to satisfy sweet tooth

work out with weight- you wont get BULKY, unless HEAVY weights…

remember- set small GOALS and be patient:)

STARVING- weightloss= temporary… unless you starve to death:(
